Paul Yates
Paul comes to Tiny Hands International with experience in fundraising, marketing, social work and business management. He received his Bachelors in social work, specializing in gerontology. During his 20 years of service with the Lincoln Area Agency on Aging, Paul worked as a case manager, as well as the Director of Development for the Seniors Foundation. He also founded Friends for Life, an annual giving program to support senior services. He continued his career at Legacy Retirement Communities, serving as a community Executive Director and later served as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Legacy Retirement Communities. In 2006, Paul became the President of Pickering Creative Group, a marketing, design and communications firm. Pickering Creative Group became a stepping stone to his current involvement with Tiny Hands while the company was working on the Tiny Hands website. Paul joined Tiny Hands International in 2008 and now serves as the Director of Involvement. He and his wife, Kasey, have two children, Taylyn and T.J. as well as his four older kids, Christopher, Scott, Kyle and Katie.
