Hesed Home is currently the only Tiny Hands Children's Home in India. It’s located just across the border from Kakarvitta, Nepal in Siliguri, India. The home was first located in Manipur, India where all of the children resided but has since moved to Siliguri due to a more centralized location and to get away from on-going civil unrest. The parents of the home are Haopu and Neo who are also originally from Manipur. The home opened its doors in 2007 with their first child…Gou Gou.

For the first three years the children were home schooled but now attend a government school in Siliguri. Hesed Home is also part of a home church fellowship where the children oftentimes help lead worship through the playing of instruments and with their voices. It’s always so fun visiting the home and being surprised by the sudden and beautiful singing that seems to accompany most daily activities.
